Whilst a fixed charge is made for the preparation and witnessing of some notarial documents e.g. Wills and Spanish Powers of Attorney, charges for other matters, including advice on Spanish property transactions and translations, are made according to the time spent on the individual matter. No extra mark-up is made to reflect the specialised nature and complexity of the work. Any disbursements payable, including legalisation and postage, will be charged in addition to our notarial fees and we will provide you with an estimate of these before undertaking the work.
Please refer to our Terms of Business and for more information on our fees, and to request a quote, PleaseĀ contact us.
